For all non-pie fans who need a little pick-me-up after a holiday meal, the Lieutenant's Mudslide is the perfect solution. Made with Chocolate, Coffee, and a few adult spirits, it's one that will keep the party going a bit longer in to the night.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooling Time: 4-6 hours

Ingredients:

1 Lt Blender’s Mudslide in a Bag
12 oz (about 1.5 cups) of coffee liqueur
1 can of prepared whipped cream

Optional:

chocolate covered espresso beans
7 oz (about 1 cup) of Vodka

Directions:

• Prepare the Lt. Blender Mudslide by adding the coffee liqueur, vodka (optional) and water and shake vigorously. Full directions are on the bag!
• Freeze the mixture to slushy consistency
• Squeeze the mixture into glasses and decorate with whipped cream and a chocolate covered espresso beans.

Optional:

• Grind the chocolate covered espresso beans in a fine powder and sprinkle it over the whipped cream.
